Most couples book us about a year in advance, but we also take on short-term bookings whenever our schedule allows.

It’s simple: once you reach out to us at info@egamiproductions.com or via WhatsApp (+34 603 277 850), we confirm availability, send you a contract, and secure your date witha deposit. The remaining balance is usually paid closer to the wedding day.

You’ll receive a sneak peek selection of photos within 24–48 hours. The full gallery is usually delivered within 2 to 3 Weeks.

In our Standard Package the video trailer is delivered within 2 Weeks. The longer version within 4 to 6 Weeks after the wedding.

We use top-of-the-line gear: Sony FX3 and FX6 cinema cameras for video, and Nikon D850 cameras with prime lenses for photography. This is the same level of equipment used in cinema and high-end advertising productions.

Always. We carry multiple cameras, lenses, and storage systems to ensure nothing is left to chance. We back up all files in multiple locations immediately after the event, so your memories are safe and secure.

Our core wedding team usually includes three people: one dedicated photographer and two videographers. This way, we cover every angle and never miss a moment.

Only for weddings within the Barcelona city area. For other destinations, couples can either book accommodation and transport for us directly, or we can handle it ourselves within a pre-approved budget.
